Mike Coffey is president of Imperative Information Group, a human resource consulting and business due diligence firm serving clients nationally. Prior to starting the HR consulting practice that evolved into Imperative Information Group, Mike was an HR professional with experience in aerospace, healthcare, and the service industry. Mike maintains his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. Mike is also a private investigator licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety. In 2012, Mike is serving as President-Elect for the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association, as well as the Region 2 Director for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators. Mike is a past director for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and is past chair of their Ethics and Accreditation Committee. He has also served as vice-chair of NAPBS’ Education Committee. He also has previously served as a director for the National Association of Legal Investigators. Mike lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three sons.
